Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 15, 2026
1. Project Scope
Specific deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fees, and support expectations should be defined in the proposal, quotation, statement of work, or other written agreement for the project.
2. Client Inputs and Approvals
Timelines depend on timely access, content, feedback, approvals, credentials, and other information required from the client. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery dates.
3. Fees and Payment
Payment schedule, currency, taxes, milestone structure, recurring support fees, and any third-party costs are defined in the applicable written agreement. Work may pause if agreed payments become overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of project-specific work, client materials, third-party assets, and reusable Codenixo tools or libraries should follow the applicable written agreement and any third-party licence terms.
5. Hosting, Support, and Third Parties
Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, response times, and service levels apply only where they are included in the agreed scope. Third-party platforms and infrastructure may have their own terms, limits, and outages outside Codenixo’s control.
6. Warranty and Liability
Any warranty, acceptance period, liability limit, or remedy should be governed by the applicable written agreement and relevant law. Nothing on this website should be read as creating a service guarantee beyond an agreed contract.
