1. Engagement for Services

Code. Create. Convert. By engaging Codenixo for web development, product engineering, or hosting services, you agree to comply with these terms. Each project will have a specific Statement of Work (SOW) defining deliverables and timelines.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property of the custom software developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client. Codenixo retains ownership of proprietary libraries or the Codenixo Protocol frameworks used across various projects.

3. Hosting & Maintenance

For clients using our hosting solutions, we guarantee 99.9% uptime. Codenixo reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for outages caused by upstream infrastructure providers or third-party DNS changes made by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Projects are typically billed in milestones: 30% upfront (commencement), 40% upon beta delivery, and 30% upon final deployment. Subscription services (Hosting/Support) must be paid monthly in advance.

5. Liability

Codenixo provides high-performance systems but is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the developed software.
